Dr. Crispin Woods is a dedicated mobile chiropractor serving the Orange County community with over 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal health. His journey began as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer before earning his doctorate in chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Specializing in sports injuries and rehabilitation, he has worked with a wide range of patients—from children to the elderly to individuals with spinal cord injuries. Dr. Woods utilizes applied kinesiology and manual muscle testing to identify the root cause of dysfunction, combining precise spinal adjustments with soft tissue therapy and therapeutic exercise to deliver comprehensive, results-driven care.

 

His philosophy is rooted in the belief that mobility is a fundamental human right and that true healing happens when the body is treated as an integrated system. Outside of work, Dr. Woods practices what he preaches through an active lifestyle. He is a competitive arm wrestler, rock climbs weekly, works out almost daily, and enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities. He is also an avid reader, finishing around 40 books a year across genres from personal development to fantasy fiction.
